- Disseminate updated technical standards and requirements for product compliance and testing reliability internally;
- Provide evidence of material and product compliance before production starts and collaborate on solutions for product defects in the development phase;
- Manage products' CE certification and/or homologation;
- Assist in testing raw materials and finished goods, following specific procedures when required;
- Maintain the technical lab's equipment and conditions.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree;
- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of norms interpretation and test methods;
- Understanding of Certification and Homologation Methodologies;
- Ability to analyze test results and communicate findings;
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports;
- Proficiency in project management;
- Familiarity with maintaining lab procedures and conducting equipment audits;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
