Position:

he Financial Controller, team member of Finance, will deploy Controlling, Reporting and Budgeting tasks with a WW scope of work.

Main responsibilities:

CONTROLLING/CLOSING:

Monitoring and analysis of monthly costs though accurate communication with internal stakeholders
Analysis of monthly sales and gross margin
Coordination with local controllers
Working for improvement to increase efficiency.

REPORTING:

In collaboration with Sales Department, preparation of the weekly sales report and communication to the Group
Preparation of monthly (P&L)/quarterly (Capex, B/S & Cash Flow) reporting for the Group and upload into the system (Syrus)
Preparation of adhoc reporting requested by Management and the Group

BUDGETING (Budget, revised forecast, 3-years plan):

Supporting of the creation of budgets and forecasts: budget meetings, analysis of sales, OPEX, inventory, CAPEX
Consolidation, preparation of templates and reporting to the Group

Profile:

Profile:

Degree in Economics
At least 3 years' experience in Controlling
Experience in IFRS reporting package
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent command of written and spoken Italian and English, French would be a plus
Methodical and logical approach, high level analytical skills and ability to respect deadlines
Excellent communication skill verbal and written
Be able to interface with all levels of stakeholders and work with international team
