Young Platform is a FinTech startup based in Turin that aims to become a smart digital bank natively focused on new digital services.

In fact, through its products, Young Platform offers all the tools to freely manage digital assets: from an app to learn everything about crypto, to an intuitive platform to buy the first cryptocurrency, up to indicators and APIs for traders and professionals.

We are looking for a
Product Manager to join our growing Product team to help us build the next generation of Web3 products.

You will work closely with a team of talented and enthusiastic Product Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers based all over Italy.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for solving our customers' problems, discovering new opportunities, and delivering together with the team a lovable and seamless experience for our customers across Europe owning features and products lifecycle from the discovery to the go-live.

In particular you will be responsible for the following activities:

Lead product opportunities from discovery to delivery, collaborating with research, engineering, data, product partners, and stakeholders to bring your vision for an engaging customer experience to life.
Embrace our culture of product experimentation by working with product and data partners to A/B test design solutions. Advocate for the customer at all stages of experimentation by incorporating qualitative research insights.
Benchmark and test product growth strategies (including pricing, CRO, and referral).
Establish the vision for a product or a group of products based on the value we can provide.
Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
Develop product roadmaps, prioritize and build alignment across product teams, crossfunctional partners, and Leadership/Executive teams.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health.
Experience building/leading/developing/working on consumer products.
Be familiar with product growth strategies.
Proactive attitude, growth and cando mindset, and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining highly complex topics and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Resultoriented mindset with a strong ability to define KPIs and meet company OKRs.
A conceptual and humancentered problem solver. Someone who seeks to understand people's needs, motivations and behaviors in order to translate them into impactful results.
A team player who enjoys working with a diverse team, delivering measurable results, and who has the desire to always be learning.
A keen interest in Web3 and fintech industry.
Fluent English.

Technical interview, aimed at assessing whether your skills are aligned with what we are looking for
