- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting enterprise organisations (€1B+ revenue).
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, retail, automotive, logistics, and distribution sectors.
- Engage C-level and senior decision-makers (Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Digital Transformation).
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months).
- Articulate value-driven business cases tied to operational efficiency, resilience, and digital transformation.
- Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM.
- Partner with solution consultants to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
- Collaborate with global account teams to support cross-border opportunities.
- Negotiate enterprise-level SaaS agreements and long-term strategic contracts.
- 8/10 + years of enterprise software sales experience (business applications, NOT IT), with a strong track record of exceeding €MM quota's.
- Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprise accounts in Italy.
- Executed deals in excess of €750K ARR/ACV as minimum, ideally €1M+ ARR/ACV in size and used to long sales cycles (up to 18 months).
- Experience selling Supply Chain Management, ERP, or complex operational software solutions is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ability to navigate multi-layered buying committees and procurement processes.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling capabilities (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, value-based selling).
- Fluent Italian (mother tongue) and professional English required.
- Driven, self-motivated and effective in a fully remote environment.
- Experience selling SCM/ERP platforms comparable to solutions from direct competitors within the domain.
- Established network within Italian enterprise manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation.

The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new logo acquisition and strategic expansion across large enterprise accounts in Italy (80/20 split). You will own the full sales cycle—from territory planning and executive engagement through complex solution selling and contract negotiation—working in close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role suited for a focused and highly motivated sales professional experienced in selling enterprise grade business SaaS solutions to C-level stakeholders within complex, multi-national organisations.
