col-wideJob Description:Stage Organizational Processes & Digital TransformationCRIF innovativo Gruppo internazionale specializzato in soluzioni informative, modelli decisionali, outsourcing, software e servizi consulenziali per supportare banche, società finanziarie, assicurazioni, utilities e imprese in ogni fase della relazione con il cliente, ricerca:Stage Organizational Processes & Digital TransformationLa risorsa opererà all'interno dell'area Risorse Umane di Crif a Bologna nel team di Organizational Processes & Digital Transformation.Il candidato/a sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:- Organizational Processes:Supporto in attività relative all'organizzazione aziendale con particolare focus su gestione e implementazione di progetti organizzativi attraverso definizione di obiettivi, analisi di processi aziendali, proposte di efficientamento con conseguente riprogettazione dei processi analizzati e analisi costi benefici in sinergia con le linee di business;- Digital Transformation:Supporto in attività relative alla realizzazione di progetti digitali interni con particolare focus su raccolta requisiti, mappatura dei processi, diagrammi di flusso, analisi dati e creazione di report. La persona dovrà avere una predisposizione al confronto con i principali clienti interni referenti dei processi per il corretto svolgimento delle attività.Il candidato ideale possiede:• Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia & Statistica
• Conoscenza di analisi dei processi aziendali;
• Ottima conoscenza di office, in particolare Excel e Powerpoint;
• Capacità di lavoro in gruppo, comunicazione, organizzazione, flessibilità e negoziazione;
• Capacità di analisi, sintesi e problem-solving;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlataIl progetto di stage ha una durata di 6 mesi, full time e un rimborso spese di euro mensili.Si offre un ambiente dinamico e in continua crescita.#LI-CC
