Environmental Engineer - BOLOGNA, Italia - Bondalti

As part of the Environment team, your mission will be to help identify and monitor corrective actions and projects in the Environment area, in conjunction with other areas of the company and external partners.
Main responsibilities:
Promoting, operationally accompanying and monitoring compliance with environmental rules and good practices;
Follow up on the environmental monitoring plan;
Collect records and information on environmental legislation and keep specific documentation up to date;
Analyze non-conformities, complaints and occurrences and promote the implementation of corrective, preventive and improvement actions;
Keeping abreast of developments in applicable legislation and industry documentation;
Make contacts with external entities / bodies;
Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, maintenance, inspections and projects;
Carrying out specific execution and control actions in environmental studies and projects;
Managing and controlling the processes for treating gaseous emissions, industrial effluents and waste;
Carrying out environmental audits and checks;
Carrying out welcoming, training and awareness-raising activities in the environmental field;
Identify training, prevention, protection and intervention needs in environmental areas;
Coordinating external and cleaning services.
Profile required:
Bachelor's degree (pre-Bologna) or Integrated Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering;
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in the field or similar;
Consolidated knowledge of Environmental Legislation and NP EN 9001 and ISO NP EN 14001 standards;
Proficiency in Office tools and knowledge of SAP (preferred);
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and knowledge of Spanish (preferred)
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Logical reasoning, with a capacity for analysis, attention to detail and research;
Good organizational, decision-making and results-oriented skills.
