- Effettuare riparazioni e manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti, delle strutture e delle attrezzature dell'Hotel
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire la corretta manutenzione di tutte le aree dell'Hotel
- Gestire l'inventario per garantire la disponibilità di materiali e attrezzature necessari per la manutenzione
- Monitorare e garantire il corretto funzionamento e manutenzione dei macchinari all'interno dell'Hotel
- Collaborare con le ditte esterne per la manutenzione
- Esperienza precedente come manutentore all'interno di un Hotel
- Conoscenza approfondita di impianti elettrici, idraulici, termici e di condizionamento
- Capacità di diagnosticare e risolvere prontamente problemi tecnici
- Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza
- Comunicazione efficace, intelligenza emotiva, adattabilità

- Inizio contratto: Decorrenza immediata - Fine contratto: Novembre 2024, con l'obiettivo di una collaborazione continuativa e stabile per le prossime stagioni presso l'Hotel Splendido, con un percorso di crescita.
- Retribuzione da CCNL con maggiorazione definita in base a esperienza e capacità. Ratei di 13° e 14° mensilità + TFR in busta paga separata.
