- Report directly to the YNAP Group Head of Tax in the preparation of the Group Transfer Pricing documentation
- Perform Transfer Pricing analysis on intra-group transaction under the supervision of the Head of Tax
- Liaise in autonomy with the stakeholders involved (local and foreign BUs) in order to steer and monitor the Group Transfer Pricing Campaign
- Prepare Group Transfer Pricing documentation / supporting the Transfer Princing consultants
- Prepare Group Transfer Pricing position for the HQ and the others subs
- Draft Transfer Pricing reports/analysis for Intragroup Transactions
- Support the Head of Tax in envisaging any Transfer Pricing potential risk in the Group
- Participate in cross-function Projects involving Transfer Pricing issues to propose solutions and to mitigate tax risks
- Support the Head of Tax on international tax aspects related to the management of transfer pricing adjustments
- Support the Head of Tax in managing tax inspection, assessment related to the TP
- Together with the Head of Tax it could be evaluated the candidate involvement in other international or domestic corporate tax matters
- Experience in Transfer Pricing in consultancy firm or corporate work environment (minum 2 years)
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibilities
- Proven ability at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to build good relationships being a collaborative team player
- Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work hard as part of a growing team
- Proficiency both in Italian and English is a mandatory requirement
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
