- Supporterai nella creazione e nell'aggiornamento dell'anagrafica dipendente.
- Contribuirai alla corretta gestione del parco auto aziendale mediante la creazione di reportistica e il caricamento dei dati sul software dedicato.
- Manterrai aggiornato il calendario relativo alle manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche condivise.
- Effettuerai attività di reportistica.
- Sarai di supporto nella gestione di eventuali richieste lato Facility.
- Hai conseguito una laurea in tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro o in materie affini.
- Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Sai utilizzare il pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel)
- Desideri entrare a far parte di una realtà dinamica e internazionale
- Sei una persona organizzata, orientata al problem solving e con ottime doti interpersonali.
