For our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for a
Panerai Digital Media Specialist


Reporting to the Digital Advertising Coordinator we are looking for a strong, analytical and results-oriented Digital Media Specialist, to support the management of global performance marketing campaigns.


MISSION
You will join a rapidly growing digital team and alongside the team, you will be:

  • Key role in overseeing the execution of Paid Search campaign on a global and local scale together with the agency. Help to define global KPI frameworks and measurement plans for performance activations based on multiple data sources and historical performance
  • Managing advertising campaigns rollout for all regional websites worldwide, liaising with external partners and agencies as well as internal stakeholders from marketing, creative and product categories;
  • Responsible to manage daily operational needs for display media and branding campaigns together with the media agency and local markets, with a handson operational approach;
  • Able to ensure best practices are implemented globally across all campaigns and all campaigns go live in a timely manner;
  • Champion of advertising trends: develop competitive benchmark analysis and research on industry trends and new digital advertising channels and formats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise tactical online campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions to drive eComm business
  • Monitor Spending and Return On Investment
  • Overview the execution of campaigns by the media agency in terms of performance and quality
  • Team up with colleagues worldwide to support local plans based and day by day follow up.
  • Help to plan and followup annual, quarterly and monthly report
  • Monitor competitor's marketing activities and provide insights
  • Share advertising trends on a regular basis with the immediate and wider teams
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing and A/B testing

_Knowledge and Professional skills_

  • 23 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns worldwide, in different languages and on different channels. Preferably in a media agency
  • Good knowledge of Paid Search and related tools (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing)
  • Good knowledge of full funnel channels (programmatic display and DSP, retargeting, affiliation, YouTube)
  • Good knowledge of the fundamentals of Ad Serving and Programmatic Buying;
  • Good knowledge of social media landscape
  • Strong ability in analysing data and KPIs, with a datadrive mindset
  • Good Knowledge of Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical teams, and the ability to translate between the two
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; French would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office skills
  • Attention to details and deadlines
  • Capacity of negotiation and prioritization
  • Ability to elaborate and present data
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Has a cando attitude and a willingness to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in working directly with Naver and Baidu will be consider as a strong plus
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry would be a plus
