About Our Client:

Our client is a Global Company that provides financing and insurance solutions.

Directly reporting to the Chairman, the Head of Operations is responsible for the total performance of the Country. The responsibility covers overall strategy, credit and collection framework including process and decisions.

General Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's operational business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders

Legally managing and representing the local entity

Lead and delegate responsibilities to all operational and support functions, i.e. Finance, People & Culture, IT, Legal, Credit etc. in line with overall Group policies, guidelines and procedures

Responsible for the company's total financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Deliver portfolio growth with profitability in line with the strategy & vision as set out in the Strategic Business Plan
