Job Description:

Your opportunity_

We are currently seeking a Press Office Intern who will report to PR Manager as part of our dynamic PR team in Milan.

How you will contribute_
Support in maintain, reinforce and develop press relationships with Italian and International press for the markets managed directly by Kering Eyewear HQ PR team (countries not covered by local PR agencies) with the aim of increasing brands awareness and visibility through all media channels
Support in putting together and manage the appointments agenda with press
Support in defining structured seasonal PR plans for the key markets managed by HQ
Support in the organization of press days and PR events in Italy and other markets (not covered by local PR agencies), especially coordinating the reception and set up of the seasonal PR sets and materials
Managing of sample movement (sample send outs and returns) using FGPS software
Manage and update all mailing lists using FGPS software to ensure the key contacts are always updated both for press/editorial requests and PR materials distributions
Press review and monitoring using DMR software and developing of editorial analysis to keep track of the results and trends, while overseeing the performance of the whole portfolio in the targeted markets
PR Showroom setup management
Support in PR activities managed by HQ (editors' gifting, seedings, activations)
Support in backoffice activities
Who you are_
Degree in Communication, Marketing, Media or related
An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
Good time management and activity planning skills
Strong attention to details
Proficiency in Power Point and Excel
