- sviluppare e implementare la strategia IAM dell'organizzazione, includendo la definizione di obiettivi, piani e linee guida in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le normative di settore;
- supervisionare tutto il ciclo di vita dello sviluppo delle applicazioni IAM, dalla progettazione alla manutenzione e al supporto, assicurando che siano rispettati gli standard di qualità e sicurezza.
- pianificare e gestire i progetti, assegnando risorse, monitorando i progressi, gestendo i rischi e assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget;
- collaborare con altre aree IT (security, development, operation) per garantire che le soluzioni IAM siano ben integrate nell'ambiente IT esistente;
- interagire con fornitori, partner e consulenti esterni per assicurarsi che i termini contrattuali siano rispettati;
- monitorare le prestazioni delle soluzioni IAM e riportare regolarmente al management o agli stakeholder sui progressi;
- identificare e gestire i rischi associati alle applicazioni IAM, comprese le minacce alla sicurezza e i problemi di conformità;
- assicurarsi che ci sia un adeguato supporto e manutenzione per le applicazioni IAM in esercizio;
- guidare la risposta agli incidenti legati alle applicazioni IAM e partecipare attivamente alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- laurea in Scienze Informatiche o affini;
- esperienza pregressa di 9/10 anni in realtà similari o di consulenza;
- solida comprensione dei principi e delle tecnologie IAM, inclusi controllo degli accessi, autenticazione, autorizzazione, Single Sign-On (SSO), gestione delle identità, protocolli come OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect;
- capacità di pianificare, eseguire, monitorare e chiudere progetti IT, gestendo risorse, scadenze e budget;
- comprensione approfondita delle minacce alla sicurezza, delle migliori pratiche e degli standard di sicurezza;
- capacità di gestire rapporti con fornitori e consulenti esterni;
- consolidata esperienza di implementazione di soluzioni basate su:
- esperienza sul campo su architetture e soluzioni a micro-servizi e/o API REST/SOAP;
- conoscenza di strumenti e metodologie CI/CD.
