- Managing commercial relationship with assigned accounts for the full range of IQVIA products and services, to achieve assigned revenue goals.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the assigned accounts, understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities.
- Developing and executing account plans within assigned accounts.
- Supporting other departments (mainly Consulting, Technology and Marketing) in developing and presenting proposed solutions to client's business issues.
- Effectively and timely managing contract renewals and subscriptions.
- Constantly monitoring client satisfaction and working with Sales Director and Client Service team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- BA or BSc preferably in Economics & Management, Engineering
- 3+ years experience in similar Sales roles
- Ability to communicate and effectively present
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- An ability to build strong business relationships
- Strong commitment to achieve or exceed assigned goals
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
