Ok, ma cosa farai di preciso?
Il Field Merchandiser dovrà occuparsi di implementare attività rivolte all'incremento del sell-out all'interno di un panel di punti vendita assegnato.
Come?
Non sarai solo ma sempre in contatto con tante persone e professionisti diversi e con un Supervisor che ti supporterà sul campo per la pianificazione di ogni attività.
Per lo svolgimento dell'incarico verrà fornita tutta la strumentazione necessaria: auto aziendale, card carburante, tablet.
Sei tu la persona giusta?
Per diventare Field Merchandiser può essere utile un'esperienza sul campo ma puoi partire anche da zero.
Non servono competenze specifiche ma è fondamentale l'attitudine alla relazione, la voglia di comunicare e di entrare in sintonia con le persone.
