    EnginSoft, società multinazionale attiva nel campo della Simulation Based Engineering and Science – SBE&S, leader su Soluzioni Software, Consulenza, Formazione e Ricerca con la Sperimentazione Virtuale, ricerca Lead Generation Specialist da inserire nel team Sales & Marketing. Location Una delle nostre sedi in Italia - Bergamo, Firenze, Mesagne, Padova, Torino o Trento

    Figura ricercata: Lead Generation Specialist

    Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurate all'effettiva esperienza maturata.

    Orario di lavoro: Lunedi-Venerdì full-time

    Benefits: Computer aziendale, cellulare aziendale, buoni pasto, Smart working fino a 2 giorni a settimana

    Mansioni:

    Il ruolo di Lead Generation Specialist è fondamentale per espandere la nostra presenza di mercato e generare nuove opportunità di business.

    Le principali responsabilità includeranno:

    • Ricerca e Identificazione di potenziali clienti (suspect) nei settori di riferimento
    • Primo contatto con i potenziali clienti con l'obiettivo di suscitare interesse per i nostri servizi e soluzioni
    • Registrazione di tutte le interazioni, feedback e progressi nel sistema CRM, garantendo che i dati siano accurati e aggiornati per future azioni di marketing e vendita
    • Lavoro a stretto contatto con i team di vendita e marketing per affinare le strategie di approccio al mercato e migliorare le tecniche di comunicazione e vendita

    Conoscenze richieste:

    Eccellente padronanza delle tecniche di comunicazione, sia scritte sia verbali, con un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
    Proattività, autonomia e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al risultato.
    Forti competenze organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con la capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente.

    Capacità di utilizzare efficacemente LinkedIn Sales Navigator e sistemi CRM (esperienza con Salesforce o simili è un plus).

    Sede di lavoro: una delle nostre sedi in Italia - Bergamo, Firenze, Mesagne, Padova, Torino o Trento.
