- Perform primary data analysis of our data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work with the team to improve data quality and data governance.
- Apply a mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to produce business insights that improves customer experience and product offerings.
- Present findings to business owners and stakeholder.
- Translate business questions into data resolutions and stories for non-technical stakeholders.
- Background studies in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of and experience in (academic experience or internship) reporting packages (such as Tableau, Qlik etc), databases (SQL), programming (such as R, Python etc)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyse datasets (using Excel, SPSS, SAS, R or Python etc)
- Technical expertise such as data models, data mining and segmentation techniques are desirable
- Precise, a keen eye for detail and for numbers
- A willingness to learn & upskill constantly, curious by nature
- Strong team player with a solution focused attitude

About the role
The Data Science Intern will get an overall experience of working as a Data Scientist within Boston Scientific. The Role aims to give an opportunity for the candidate in executing a end-to-end Data Science Project – mostly from project Scoping to Exploratory Data Analysis to Model building and model evaluation.
