    Responsibilities

    In accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali impartisce le necessarie disposizioni al Work Site Manager (Direttore di cantiere / capo cantiere) per la conduzione di lavori di installazione.

    Coordina e sorveglia il processo di costruzione nel rispetto del progetto, delle normative di sicurezza ed ambientali, dei tempi stabiliti e dei costi preventivati.

    Sviluppa, di concerto con la pianificazione, un programma lavori nel rispetto dei tempi contrattuali e determina il fabbisogno di manodopera diretta.

    Dirige e controlla, attraverso i site managers (DC / CC), il progresso delle attività di costruzione per la verifica della qualità della costruzione, del rispetto dei tempi, dell'attuazione delle prescrizioni in materia di sicurezza dei lavoratori ed ambientali.

    Sorveglia, attraverso i site managers (DC / CC), le prestazioni dei subappaltatori in termini di qualità, di rispetto dei tempi, di attuazione delle prescrizioni in materia di sicurezza dei lavoratori ed ambientali.

    Definisce le misure di prevenzione e protezione ambientale da adottarsi nel cantiere ed in tutte le sue pertinenze in accordo con il DC / CC e ne assicura il trasferimento al personale Alstom ed a quello di subappaltatori.

    Opera nel rispetto delle misure di prevenzione e protezione antinfortunistiche e di protezione ambientale individuate e vigila sull'applicazione delle stesse nella propria area di competenze sia per le attività svolte direttamente da Alstom sia per quelle affidate a subappaltatori.

    Verifica i costi della costruzione soprattutto per quanto concerne le ore lavorate ed i costi dei subappalti.

    Dirige e sorveglia, sempre attraverso i site managers (CC/ DC), l'applicazione degli standard aziendali e della normativa in tema di ambiente e sicurezza sul lavoro.

    Dirige e controlla, attraverso i site managers, la ricezione e l'utilizzo sia dei materiali che delle attrezzature.

    E' responsabile, attraverso i site managers o i contabili di cantiere della redazione mensile delle contabilità lavori.

    Si interfaccia e si coordina continuamente con il Cliente al fine di risolvere e gestire tutte le problematiche operative.

    Assume la funzione di WPO e pertanto è responsabile, utilizzando le competenze della pianificazione/contabilità, della redazione dei reports/sheets relativi.



    Candidate Requirements



    Educational Requirements

    Laurea in ingegneria tecnica.

    Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.



    Desired Knowledge / Experience

    Aver maturato una significativa esperienza in analoga posizione per almeno 10 anni, possibilmente in aziende simili.

    Conoscenza di armamento.

    Conoscenza norme ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001

    Conoscenza delle principali normative in campo di protezione della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori ed in campo ambientale.

    Conoscenze minime gestione finanza.
