    Una persona curiosa ed appassionata delle Vendite, che voglia e sappia fare la differenza ogni giorno gestendo e sviluppando la collaborazione con le grandi aziende italiane.

    Un/una professionista della vendita che attraverso l'ascolto attivo sappia interagire e cogliere i bisogni dei vari referenti aziendali al fine di trasformarli in opportunità di vendita.

    IL TEAM E LA MISSION

    Riportando al Sales Manager National Business, dovrà costruire con il cliente un rapporto duraturo, sviluppando un business profittevole (Cash Margin) in linea con il contesto e l'evoluzione del mercato.

    Manterrà un approccio sostenibile per la struttura Lyreco, cooperando con le Inside Sales National principalmente attraverso frequenti visite in presenza o video call su tutto il portafoglio clienti. Amplierà la base dei Decision Making Unit, intensificando il contatto cliente, garantendo la migliore Customer Experience, la rapida implementazione degli accordi commerciali e lo sviluppo di tutte le categorie offerte grazie ad una costante attività di cross-selling e di up-selling.

    IL RUOLO E LE SUE RESPONSABILITA'

    • Conoscere ed approfondire continuamente il cliente: le caratteristiche ed evoluzioni organizzative, i ruoli decisionali ma anche vari influenzatori, il mercato di riferimento ed ogni altra notizia che possa fornire argomentazioni di vendita;
    • Utilizzare strumenti, canali ed il linguaggio più adeguato all'interlocutore ed al contesto, al fine di comunicare in modo coinvolgente, convincente e assertivo la Value Proposition di Lyreco. Saper ben utilizzare tutti i canali (incluso Linkedin) per allargare la rete di contatti Decision Making Unit all'interno dell'organizzazione del cliente);
    • Rappresentare in ogni istante Lyreco ed i suoi valori. Il comportamento, i toni e il linguaggio, lo standing devono contraddistinguere il Corporate Sales Account per la sua eccellenza, rispetto, agilità e passione;
    • Saper individuare chiaramente i bisogni del cliente e proporre tutte le soluzioni a disposizione nel portafoglio Lyreco: siano esse prodotti o servizi complessi. Definire obiettivi con il cliente, supportarlo nel raggiungimento di quanto concordato, definire un chiaro action plan, incontri di follow-up ed azioni correttive ove necessarie;
    • Saper attivare, coinvolgere e cooperare con Inside Sales National in modalità Omnichannel, i vari ruoli Specialist, ed reparti staff Lyreco, sulla base delle esigenze colte dal cliente. Garantire un follow-up continuo alle opportunità aperte con il collega specialista. Saper valutare sino a dove poter gestire autonomamente la negoziazione e quando utile coinvolgere i ruoli Specialist;
    • Saper valutare impatto l'impatto del proprio portafoglio clienti sotto tutti gli aspetti quantitativi e qualitativi. Essere in grado di contribuire alla definizione di un forecast indicativo per il portafoglio in gestione.

    REQUISITI E COMPETENZE RICHIESTI

    • Diploma/Laurea;
    • Ottima attitudine alla relazione con interlocutori diversi per ruolo e responsabilità;
    • Spiccato problem solving, organizzazione ed efficace gestione del tempo;
    • Capacità di Negoziazione Avanzata;
    • Ascolto attivo, capacità di fare domande, cogliere i ganci e gestire obiezioni;
    • Digital skill (in particolare uso di cerca verticale Excel e presentazione PPT );
    • Predisposizione al lavoro in Squadra con colleghi e specialisti;
    • Preferibile la residenza nelle provincie di Verona o Mantova.
