    A support figure ready to embrace the spirit of the illimiters and collaborate in the diffusion of the company culture.

    Job Description

    You will join as an intern the Marketing & Commercial Communication Unit and will support the team in consolidating the positioning of the illimity Bank and Group brand and the levers of strategic communication. You will contribute to the management of all social activities through the various profiles of the illimity Group and to the implementation of the Brand Positioning strategy on all communication channels and touch points with internal and external customers. You will also be involved in the co-creation of new online/offline communication projects and advertising campaigns to support the commercial initiatives envisaged by an ongoing marketing plan. You will participate in copywriting work, as well as in the conception and planning of marketing activities. Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting communication and marketing activities for the Group's brands. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and train your soft skills within a dynamic and flexible environment. Availability requested starting from May 2024.requirements: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communication or humanities", "Experience on design streams, uat, dev, production is preferred", "Writing skills aimed at both retail and corporate targets", "Knowledge of Customer Journeys and communication Touch Points", "Basic knowledge of retail and SME financial products", "Comprehensive event management capabilities", "Proactivity, precision and propensity for teamwork", "Organization and result orientation", "Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI", "Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred

    Additional Job Description

    The Communication & Marketing structure is responsible for promoting and supporting the development of a unitary and shared identity of the Group towards the various stakeholders. This includes the engagement of retail and corporate customers and the development and sharing of the communication strategy, as well as the sharing of guidelines for the management of Digital Assets (internal and external digital channels), with the aim of building and disseminating the identity of the Bank both internally and externally.
