OpenjobMetis seleziona un/o SPECIALISTA PRODOTTI ASSICURATIVI – INSURANCE PRODUCTS SPECIALIST per Volkswagen Financial Services.
La persona selezionata contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi della funzione attraverso lo sviluppo e la gestione dei prodotti assicurativi.
Analizzerà i dati riguardanti l'offerta assicurativa, la performance e l'offerta di mercato.
Svilupperà la conoscenza aziendale del business assicurativo e ne promuoverà la conoscenza all'interno della Direzione Commerciale.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
Assicurare lo studio, lo sviluppo e l'ottimizzazione dei prodotti assicurativi attuali e/o nuovi tenendo
conto dell'integrazione con altri prodotti finanziari.
Assicurare la gestione dei rapporti con gli assicuratori, secondo le indicazioni del responsabile della
funzione.
Con riferimento ai prodotti assicurativi, assicurare la definizione dei processi/procedure e la
conseguente implementazione del sistema informativo in collaborazione con la Direzione IT e
Organizzazione, la Direzione Legale e Compliance e la Direzione Planning & Controlling.
Garantire la definizione e l'implementazione delle attività di formazione e supporto per la Field Force e la rete di vendita in collaborazione con il Coordinatore del Dipartimento Vendite e il team di Brand Management.
Assicurare la necessaria consulenza assicurativa sia agli interlocutori interni (Concessione
Finanziamenti) che esterni .
Con riferimento alla gestione delle problematiche post-vendita, assicurare il supporto di secondo
livello alla Direzione Commerciale, al Customer Service ed ai Brand Manager.
Garantire l'attuazione delle necessarie attività di reporting.
Collaborazione con i colleghi di HQ Insurance.
Laurea in economia o affini;
Buon utilizzo del PC , in particolare di Excel (formule, Pivot...);
Conoscenza buona della Lingua Inglese;
Esperienza pregressa anche minima in ruoli analoghi e/o conoscenza del settore
Completano il profilo:
Problem solving, orientamento al cliente, capacità relazionali e di team working, precisione.
Si offre contratto in somministrazione di un anno per sostituzione maternità.

Orario: full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 18.00 con possibilità di Smart Working tre o quattro volte la settimana.
