- Garantire il mantenimento degli standard qualitativi del brand nell'esercizio della propria mansione in termini di prodotto (ricettazione, gusto e creatività) e di processo (metodi di lavorazione e riduzione degli sprechi)
- Assistere i Pastry Sous Chef nella preparazioni di dolci e basi salate
- Assistere i Pastry Sous Chef nella mantecatura del gelato
- Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni
- Passione per il mondo pasticceria
- Forte spirto di squadra, proattività ed entusiasmo
- Maturità emotiva, integrità e obiettività
- Buone capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione
- Dinamicità e flessibilità
