Responsibilities:

Mission:

As Junior Project Manager, he/she supports Senior Projects Managers in coordinating internal/external resources for the flawless execution of projects, in formalization and methodology.

This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Ensuring that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
Ensuring resources availability and allocation
Monitoring and improving the quality and efficiency of all processes included on the projects in order to be useful on process mapping activities
Formalizing projects' deliverables
Updating projects' status
Reporting to the management
Facilitation of internal/external meetings and formalization
Leading specific streams

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Social studies
Preferable: previous experience in Project Management or Business analysis in Banking industry

Language skills:

Italian: C2
English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Change Management skills (preferable)
Very good command of MS Office
Good writing and communication skills; used on producing presentations
Accuracy and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
