    Synergie Italia, divisione Lazio Direzione è alla ricerca di un brillante stagista da inserire nel team HR di un nostro prestigioso cliente nel settore dell'aerospaziale.

    Stage Curriculare in HR nel Settore Aerospaziale

    Sei uno studente o una studentessa appassionato/a di risorse umane? Hai conseguito o stai conseguendo un master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane o discipline affini? Potresti essere la persona giusta per un'entusiasmante opportunità di stage presso il nostro cliente, azienda multinazionale attiva nella costruzione di aerei civili.

    Avrai l'opportunità di essere coinvolto/a attivamente nel processo di Talent Acquisition. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

    • Screening delle candidature e gestione del processo di selezione
    • Pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro su piattaforme specializzate
    • Supporto nell'onboarding e nella gestione amministrativa del personale

    Laurea o iscrizione a un master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane, Psicologia del Lavoro o discipline affini

    Passione e interesse per il settore HR

    Capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli

    Buone competenze comunicative e relazionali

    Si offre: inserimento in stage curriculare

    Orario full-time: Lunedì - Venerdì, 9:00 - 18:00 (venerdì giornata con orario ridotto con possibilità di smart working)

    Rimborso spese mensile di €500. Buoni pasto giornalieri da €9.

    Luogo di lavoro: Roma
