    Main activities

  • Plan and organize the workloads of the Internal Logistics department;
  • Manage the resources (direct and indirect) operating in the department;
  • Manage the logic and activities of: goods receipt, placing and picking in compliance with the pre-established dates and according to the required requirements;
  • Optimize internal material flows ;
  • Ensure the achievement of the objectives set by defining KPIs and monitoring performance;
  • Interface with the offices of the Operations, Management Control and Administration area , ensuring the correct management of the entrusted process;
  • Manage 5S activities and improvement projects in the logistics sector in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement function.

    • Requirements

    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • Diploma or degree in Management Engineering or economics ;
  • Experience gained in the logistics sector in structured companies;
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office package (Excel).

    • Preferential/Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Lean Production;
  • Knowledge of information systems for the management of logistics activities (WMS);
  • Team building orientation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Precision and reliability.
