General Description and Mission of the Role


Campari Group owns a selected pool of Brand Houses - both, in Europe and in Americas - and aims to exploit more the potential value of these global assets as well as developing new ones.

Brand houses comprises both Visitor Centers, located close to the heritages of the brand, as well as iconic Flagship Stores - Camparino in Galleria, Terrazza Aperol in Venice and Galleria Campari in our Headquarters in Sesto San Giovanni.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Store Manager in
Camparino, our iconic flagship store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.


The Store Manager is responsible for leading staff and operations, delivering always-consistent customers experiences to be in line with Brand House mission, brand values, company policies/culture and maximizing profitability.


The Store Manager will take care of of both back of house and front of house resources and processes defining best offer strategy, guaranteeing quality and premiumness hospitality standards, always positive attitude and environment within staff and store's ambience.


Key Responsibilities and Activities
The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Operations management and standards_
  • Defining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) representing brand values and essence
  • Guaranteeing ops standards are always maintained and delivered at all store's level, including but not limited to offers, service, kitchen management, marketing and communications
  • Making sure all staff is always consistent with grooming and brand standard
  • Optimizing operations flows, both at BOH and FOH level
  • Budget and P&L_
  • Budget definition, making sure operations will be maintained within
  • Overall turnover and costs structure: analise and maintain profit and loss controls and report variances, in collaboration with BH Country Manager and Finance team (labor costs in collaboration with HR)
  • Propose objectives and Action Plan to reach them, creating strategies to push and promote menus, events, merchandising, in collaboration with BH Marketing Manager
  • Produce regular reports to validate or summaries store's main performance against agreed KPIs (with Finance team/BH Country Manager)
  • Monitor and control stock, ensuring efficient Stockroom Management
  • Managing suppliers to ensure efficiency and service quality
  • People management activities in collaboration with the HR Manager_
  • Ensure all new employees receive a comprehensive induction in Camparino
  • Prepare and coordinate onthejob trainings to onboard new employees and enhance service standards
  • Follow up with all the new employees throughout their first few weeks/months with the company to ensure they are settling in and to proactively address any issues that they may be experiencing;
  • Setting team member's objectives
  • Manage, coach and review performance of team members
  • Evaluates and supervises performance and carries out disciplinary action as needed
  • Creates, maintains, and distributes weekly schedules for staff and communicates changes as appropriate to all
  • Maintain accurate weekly/monthly punch details for service staff

Experience & Education

  • A 7+ year experience as Store Manager within F&B industry or equivalent is a must
  • Proven experience in working in luxury outlets is mandatory
  • Background in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the mixology space and new trends is a preferred requirement
  • Fluent in Italian, English are mandatory and a third language would be a plus
