    Whether it's payments, transfers, multi-currency accounts for your travels, spendings reports, bills splitting — with Vivid, managing all your finances and investing your money is easy, flexible, and 100% transparent.

    As we expand our presence in Italy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to join us.

    As a Branch Manager at Vivid you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation and growth of our branch in Italy.

    Reporting directly to our Co-Founder and CBDO of Vivid you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and customer acquisition.

    What you will do:

    Business Development:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.


    Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and our business growth.


    Deal Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships


    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies


    Thought Leadership:
    Represent the company in media, at events, conferences and forums, positioning them as a thought leader in Fintech


    Risk Management and Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    What you will need to be successful:
    Degree/Qualifications in business, finance or a related field. Proven track record in business development within the financial services and banking industry / fintech sector. Previous experience working in an international, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Can-do mentality, solution focused. Fluency in Italian and English (verbal and written).
