As an Embedded Systems Intern at Axelera AI, you will be immersed in a fast-paced and innovative environment where you will actively contribute to the development and enhancement of Yocto recipes and Linux systems for a variety of processors. This opportunity is ideal for final-year students looking to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical, real-world setting.
Responsibilities:
Adopt new Linux hosts for application development porting Linux stacks and drivers
Develop and maintain Yocto recipes for building custom Linux distributions tailored for different processors. – Yocto introduction can be provided
Collaborate with the development team to integrate new features and optimize existing system configurations.
Conduct extensive testing to ensure stability and efficiency across various hardware platforms.
Assist in the documentation process to ensure that system builds and modifications are clearly and accurately recorded.
Provide support in debugging and troubleshooting system issues, offering solutions in a timely manner.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the project planning and review sessions.

Caratteristiche del candidato
Requisiti tecnici e conoscenze informaticheExposure to Linux operating systems and experience with the Yocto Project or docker is desirable.Familiarity with different processors and embedded systems architecture.
Proficient in scripting languages: Python and Bash.
Exposure to build systems like CMake and Make
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
