- Definire e progettare soluzioni architetturali coerenti con le esigenze del cliente, con la visione strategica ed i requisiti aziendali.
- Essere un punto di riferimento per i clienti, offrendo consulenza e orientamento in merito alle migliori soluzioni architetturali; attraverso la partecipazione a workshop, meeting e presentazioni tecniche.
- Collaborare con altre funzioni aziendali, come vendite e marketing, per definire le offerte tecniche.
- Analizzare e acquisire conoscenza dei principali trend tecnologici e di innovazione, effettuando attività di scouting & benchmarking; valutandone gli impatti architetturali.
- Supportare la ricerca, la scelta e l'adozione di nuove tecnologie innovative abilitanti la strategia commerciale e tecnica.
- Facilitare l'interazione con stakeholder di Business e IT nel disegno di soluzioni architetturali a supporto dell'evoluzione dei modelli di business, la trasformazione dell'esperienza cliente e dei processi sottesi.
- Progettare roadmap strategiche di evoluzione delle architetture enterprise in grado di supportare al meglio l'evoluzione di business.
- Definizione delle linee guida architetturali per la standardizzazione e la riusabilità della soluzione tecnica.
- Guidare e progettare soluzioni E2E su progetti rilevanti e complessipote
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti affini.
- Buona conoscenza nell'utilizzo di piattaforme e servizi Cloud Native (ad es. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Spiccate doti comunicative e capacità di tradurre la complessità tecnica in un linguaggio comprensibile per clienti e stakeholder non tecnici.
- Comprovata esperienza nel disegno e nella progettazione di soluzioni tecnologiche
- Capacità di analisi ed astrazione rispetto al contesto di riferimento e capacità critiche volte ad identificare evoluzioni architetturali e/o soluzioni tecnologiche a partire dall'analisi di processi di business e del contesto applicativo
- Conoscenza di framework/metodologie rilevanti in ambito Enterprise Architecture e Service management (es. TOGAF, Cobit, ITIL, CMMI, ...)
- Conoscenza di ecosistemi aziendali, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, API, open data, microservizi, event-driven integration.
- Capacità di modellare processi e architetture (UML, BPMN, Archi, ...), e dimestichezza con i principali paradigmi architetturali (es. SOA, API, Microservizi, Event-Driven, Container, ...)
- Conoscenza dei principali Enterprise Integration Pattern (EIP) e della loro applicabilità in contesti applicativi distribuiti
- Laurea in discipline STEM
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

La persona selezionata avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare e supportare la definizione dell'architettura per i nostri progetti di trasformazione digitale. Sarà l'interfaccia unica per i nostri clienti per il disegno di roadmap e blueprint architetturali. Fungerà da design authority per i team tecnici interni.
