- Supervision of on -site activities, also from the point of view of quality of workmanship and compliance with safety plans;
- Management of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Drafting of SAL sheets with attached reporting and correction of any anomalies in the execution of the order;
- Management of the constant relationship with clients for updates on the progress of the works;
- Preparation of documents for tenders , technical specifications, estimated metric calculations;
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma ;
- At least 5 years of experience in the coordination of construction sites in the civil sector, renovations and new buildings, real estate development;
- Excellent command of IT equipment, management of Autocad project documentation, Office package, Microsoft Project;
- Good knowledge of both urban planning, construction and technical regulations;
- Ability to work in a team;
- People management skills;
- Approach to resolving any problems.
