- Collaborate with business and IS/IT to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IS/IT solutions.
- Create Prototypes and Proof-Of-Concept solutions using Out-Of-The-Box SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
- Guide Shared Services teams on SharePoint solutions based on Out-Of-The-Box capabilities, Power Platform, or SharePoint templated solutions.
- Work with developers and UX designers to transform business requirements into feasible solutions.
- Work with the product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) aligning with business needs.
- Support in product strategy development through incremental enhancements.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to plan and innovate with business stakeholders.
- Analyze, document, and test program development and specifications.
- Suggest improvement solutions to the Product Group teams.
- Create and maintain training materials for the Product Group area.
- Ensure training delivery for deployment and support teams, end user trainers, and end users.
- Assist in resolving solution issues as part of sustain activities.
- Coordinate with various organizations to understand business needs and find optimal solutions aligning with customer objectives and strategies.
- Expertise in defining and implementing SharePoint Knowledge Management and Communication solutions, including governance models and adoption strategies.
- Experience with Power Platform capabilities in SharePoint solutions is beneficial.
- Strong English communication skills to convey complex ideas in simple terms.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft solutions, especially Office 365.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Ability to bring together team members/stakeholders for fruitful discussions and decision-making.
- Conduct requirement discovery workshops and possess usability testing expertise.
- Capability in defining KPIs and measuring ROI of IT solutions.
- Understanding of business processes and their translation into application requirements.
