- Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Apply lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience in project management, demonstrating successful planning and execution of complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software SAP, LEAN
- Excellent level of English (C1)
