- Definizione ed esecuzione delle iniziative di e marketing automation a supporto della offerta di servizi complementari al business assicurativo rappresentati dagli ecosistemi mobility, property e health beyond insurance
- Realizzazione, monitoraggio ed ottimizzazione delle campagne di marketing utilizzando la soluzione CRM adottata ed operando in stretta collaborazione con le società del Gruppo Unipol appartenenti al perimetro Beyond Insurance e con l'area Marketing di UnipolSai.
- Progettazione e successiva implementazione di soluzioni CRM e marketing automation partecipando attivamente: Alla analisi dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici utili alla progettazione e gestione end-to-end delle campagne CRM sulla piattaforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud allo scopo di soddisfare le esigenze del cliente; Alla creazione, gestione e monitoraggio di flussi di lavoro automatizzati ed alla integrazione della soluzione CRM con altre piattaforme aziendali;
- Partecipare al gruppo di lavoro dedicato alla delivery di progetti riguardanti l'implementazione della piattaforma CRM Salesforce, customer journey (campagne di email marketing, sms etc.) e soluzioni di marketing automation (Follow-up, lead nurturing, retargeting, Up e Cross-selling etc.)
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, Economia Aziendale o titolo di studio equivalente conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
- Esperienza professionale (almeno 5 anni) in ruoli analoghi maturata presso realtà attive nella erogazione di servizi di consulenza CRM e/o marketing digitale
- Esperienza comprovata nell'utilizzo di almeno una piattaforma di CRM e Marketing Automation (preferibilmente Salesforce o Hubspot );
- Competenze sui processi CRM e di Marketing Automation maturata in contesti di business retail, (Energy e/o Automotive);
- Ottima conoscenza in ambito data modeling e delle metodologie di integrazione tra Marketing Cloud Platform e sistemi esterni
- Ottime competenze delle best practices di segmentazione e targeting
- Buone capacità di ricerca delle informazioni, analisi, sintesi e attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di progetti;
- Capacità comunicative, negoziali, relazionali e di lavoro in team,
