  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Controlling-Strategie, die den langfristigen Unternehmenszielen entspricht
  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Validierung des monatlichen Forecasts und Management Reporting
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
  • Steuerung der Controlling-Anforderungen der Business-Units, wie z.B. Einkauf, Vertrieb, Umsatz, Kosten und Investitionen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung des Unternehmens und der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente zu einer einheitlichen, automatisierten Reporting- und Planungsplattform
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren und konkrete Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Ziel- und mitarbeiterorientierter Führungsstil, mit Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch-, Italienisch und Deutschkenntnisse
