List of tasks:


  • Invoicing, SDI and Credit Notes management
Month-end Administrative tasks in compliance with the established deadlines

Sales Agent provisions calculation and settlement

Commercial Rebates calculation and settlement

  • Management of customers requests, complaints and feedback
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted actions
  • Maintain contact with customers by providing professional customer support
