    Descrizione della posizione:
    Come Maintenance Team Lead - Residential ti occuperai della gestione di un team di lavoro e ti assicurerai che il lavoro venga fatto nel rispetto della qualità e degli standard previsti. Insieme al tuo team ti occuperai di responsabilità della manutenzione elettrica e meccanica ordinaria e straordinaria sugli impianti di produzione e sulle attrezzature in uso. Il profilo ideale si dimostra pro-attivo nella risoluzione di guasti e problemi, metodico nell'organizzazione del proprio lavoro e predisposto al lavoro in team.
    La persona selezionata si occuperà di
    Gestione del team e dell'organizzazione del lavoro
    Riparazione degli impianti, delle macchine e dei sistemi installati
    Gestione e controllo degli impianti, delle macchine e dei sistemi installati
    Compilazione report delle verifiche sugli impianti e macchine
    Gestione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, e gestione magazzino ricambi
    Gestione dei rapporti con le aziende esterne fornitrici di servizi tecnici
    Supervisione dei tecnici esterni che operano sugli impianti dello stabilimento produttivo assicurando il rispetto delle norme aziendali in materia di Sicurezza sul lavoro e corretto utilizzo degli impianti
    Gestione tecnica dell'HACCP in collaborazione con il dipartimento QA/QC
    Esperienze e competenze:
    Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
    Conoscenza meccanica, parte elettrica e pneumatica, per permettere la ricerca guasti
    Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
    Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team di lavoro
    Buone capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico, degli schemi elettrici e pneumatici
    Precedente e significativa esperienza a livello di manutenzione e di ricerca guasti
    Competenze e conoscenze nell'ambito elettrico e meccanico
    Flessibilità oraria
    Attestato PES/PAV
    Attestato lavori in quota
    Gradita Conoscenza inglese
