What You'll Do
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate.
The ideal candidate will assist in transaction coordination, manage leads, handle insurance-related tasks, and maintain the company's social media presence.
Your Core Responsibilities- Coordinate real estate transactions and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Handle insurance-related documentation and processes.
- Manage and follow up on leads via email and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update real estate CRM systems.
- Create and schedule social media posts to enhance online presence.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Proven experience in real estate, particularly in transaction coordination.
- Familiarity with insurance processes.
- Strong email management skills.
- Experience using real estate CRM systems.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
10am to 7pm EST
