- Ricerca valutativa - per svolgere test di usabilità e di analisi dell'esperienza d'uso di prodotti e servizi digitali o fisici
- Scrittura di script e questionari - per poter sottoporre le domande più rilevanti durante in-depth interview, questionari e altre interazioni con i consumatori
- Statistica di base - per analizzare dati di tipo quantitativo in modo rilevante e significativo
- Prompt design/engineering - per sfruttare a fondo le potenzialità che l'innovazione tecnologica in ambito AI fornisce ai ricercatori (e allenarsi a fare domande sempre più precise e specifiche)
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di ricerca quali-quantitativa e analisi applicata alla progettazione di prodotti e servizi digitali (in-depth interviews, survey, usability test, tree testing, conjoint analysis ecc.)
- Capacità di trasformare i preziosi insight raccolti in report intelligenti e davvero utili per le nostre aziende clienti
- Capacità di gestire operativamente i progetti di ricerca proponendo nuove soluzioni con efficacia e creatività
- Familiarità con metodologie di UX research, Service Design e Design Thinking

In Dscovr lo User Researcher è un* professionista che padronegga tecniche e metodologie di ricerca multiple e le sa combinare insieme in base alle sfide di business che ci vengono poste dalle nostre aziende clienti.
Per riuscire in questo compito, deve padroneggiare 5 diverse aree di conoscenza:
Deve inoltre essere in grado di condividere con empatia, velocità e cura del dettaglio i risultati delle ricerche con manager delle nostre aziende clienti Corporate, fornendo insight e informazioni davvero azionabili e rilevanti.

Benefits
La sede operativa di Dscovr è a Milano e il team lavora sia in presenza (3 giorni) che in smartworking (2 giorni), offrendo flessibilità di modalità operativa e orario.
La posizione offerta è un contratto a tempo indeterminato full time, con retribuzione in linea con la esperienza e valori di mercato.
Oltre alla compensation fissa è previsto un variabile commisurato agli obiettivi aziendali e diverse possibilità di learning da definire in base al migliore career path.
