- Fornisce una guida tecnica per garantire al cliente un supporto ed un servizio fluidi e rapidi;
- Partecipa alla pianificazione di incontri con clienti/fornitori;
- Garantisce che tutte le domande e le preoccupazioni dei clienti vengano affrontate e risolte in modo professionale e tempestivo;
- Gestisce la documentazione interna ed esterna;
- Lavora in squadra supportando la progettazione interna ed il testing dei sistemi automatizzati di movimentazione materiali.
- Partecipa allo sviluppo ed al raggiungimento degli standard dipartimentali ed implementa iniziative di risparmio sui costi.
- Contribuisce alla creazione e all'assunzione di un ruolo attivo nella validazione delle installazioni e nel servizio di documentazione tecnica unitamente alla formazione sulle istruzioni dei prodotti.
- Diploma tecnico e/o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica;
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza di almeno 2 anni nello stesso ruolo in aziende meccatroniche;
- Competenze informatiche: MS Office/Solid Edge;
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
- Capacità di Progettazione 3D/2D;
- Conoscenza dei metodi di assemblaggio;
- Capacità di eseguire lavorazioni meccaniche;
- Team working;

PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION ENGINEER
Il Production & Installation Engineer, all'interno del dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di funzione, seguirà il coordinamento della produzione di linee ed impianti, il debugging ed il coordinamento del servizio di installazione in loco. Inoltre, darà il suo contributo migliorando i tempi di risposta per l'assistenza su impianti già installati ed eseguirà visite presso i clienti al fine di esaminare eventuali problematiche, proponendo delle soluzioni immediate.
