Position:

The resource will support the Product Training Team based in Milan and will be involved in all the activities related to the function.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

newsletters) including:

Gathering information from the different internal stakeholders;
Content development in PowerPoint: lay out, animations, pages creativities based on the content style and messages;
Processing and optimization of visual tools (photos, videos).
Support the Manager in the activities coordination with key Company's functions involved (Retail Excellence, Central Retail Merchandising and Marketing);
Follow up of internal product content creation and translations(i.e. microlearning, product knowledge questionnaires, product descriptions for various product informative tools, etc.).

Profile:

Degree in Fashion Business, Archives, Design, Communication or similar;
IT abilities (excellent use of PowerPoint) and good knowledge of social media platforms;
Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a strong plus);
Proactive approach to problem solving, precision, teamworking attitude and flexibility;
Good communication, openminded, curious, proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
Strong passion for the luxury world.
