- Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting customers within the defined range to create projects, and follow them until completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches, and sales strategies by adapting existing products.
- Conduct customer visits and provide technical advice and support on the system design.
- Create awareness for PAPAEU products within the defined range, including the management of relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Product Marketing by providing market information and knowledge. Create corresponding reports if required.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Create a monthly forecast and reporting regarding project-acquisition, open projects, sales results and other relevant KPI's.
- Participate in trade fairs and events to support above described responsibilities.
- Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
- 8 - years of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in Business Development in B2B is essential
- Experience in the field of project business (spec-in business) and in dealing with large customers and key accounts
- Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
- Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
- Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
- Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
- Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value
