- collect new concept proposals or ideas, supporting the generation phase, ensuring all the proper technical and project elements are in place;
- follow the concept feasibility tasks, supporting the Concept Leaders and the technical areas, focusing on feasibility goals and insight;
- act, when requested, as Concept Leader for the assigned concept(s), taking care of the concept execution and outcomes;
- ensure alignment and synergies among concept tasks as well as proper re-use of existing solutions
- interact with the area/function managers and Concept managers, to ensure methods, skills, resources to address concept tasks;
- interact to IP function, to ensure freedom to operate and patentability of the concept solutions;
- update the concept documentation and knowledge base, integrating contributions by concept leaders;
- support the head of Concept Design for any other task as requested.
