- Rendicontazione e monitoraggio finanziario dei progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali (UE, AICS, 8×1000, ECHO, etc.);
- Verifica della documentazione amministrativa di progetto interna, dei membri della federazione ActionAid e dei partner;
- Gestione e coordinamento degli aspetti amministrativi con i donatori istituzionali, i membri della federazione ed i partner coinvolti negli interventi;
- Accompagnamento di audit di progetto e svolgimento di missioni di verifica amministrativa, nei paesi di implementazione;
- Supporto alla stesura dei progetti, con focus sulla pianificazione finanziaria, in collaborazione con i/le project designer;
- Collaborazione con le funzioni di Amministrazione e Finance in tutte le fasi dei progetti.
- Esperienza minima di 4 anni nell'ambito di organizzazioni non governative con una conoscenza approfondita del lavoro con donatori istituzionali, amministrazione di progetto e rendicontazione;
- Conoscenza delle procedure di gestione e rendicontazione di progetti UE, ECHO, AICS, 8×1000;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e orale;
- Ottime capacità di risoluzione di problemi e di negoziazione con gli stakeholder coinvolti nei progetti;
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra, gestire processi in modo autonomo e di rispettare le scadenze;
- Sono considerati titoli preferenziali la conoscenza della lingua francese e l'esperienza di lavoro pregressa in Paesi del sud globale (in particolare in Africa orientale), preferibilmente con ruoli di Project Administrator o Country Administrator.

L'unità Grant Management & Donor Compliance, inserita nel Dipartimento Grants & Project Integration, sarà impegnata nel progetto di riorganizzazione interna con l'obiettivo di acquisire, al proprio interno, la gestione della rendicontazione amministrativo/finanziaria dei progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali in ambito internazionale.
Per la realizzazione del progetto, l'unità Grant cerca un/una Grant Expert che si occuperà di:

Nello svolgimento dell'incarico, il/la collaboratore/trice si coordinerà con il responsabile del dipartimento Grant.
Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto Co.Co.Co di 12 mesi. La collaborazione non è compatibile con altro incarico lavorativo.
