- Participate in projects for the implementation and evolution of business systems (ERP, BI, MIS, Scheduling, Data Collection, etc.) on plants located between Europe and Africa;
- Roll-out standard processes/configurations and identify functionality gaps;
- Analyze and review the Business Requirements and client change requests, and assess their nature (development request, defect, set up error, ...) and priority;
- Provide the development team with exhaustive test cases on detected defects;
- Deliver client training;
- Carry out support activities for business systems, using ticketing systems;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, through the analysis and optimization of processes;
- Contribute to the evolution of business systems through their configuration, the development of reports, and the creation of interfaces to third parties;
- Undertake testing and production of new releases or patches;
- Constantly collaborate with colleagues located in different globally distributed groups.
- Hold aMasters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
- Have at least 3 years of work experience related to the implementation and support of complex business systems, such as ERP or similar;
- Have very good familiarity with report development, including use of Crystal Reports, which would be considered a plus;
- Have expert knowledge of SQL language and the ability to navigate and extract and import data to and from databases;
- Be experienced in writing SQL queries;
- Be a natural problem-solver;
- Have a client-focused mindset;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Have experience of presenting complex information in a clear and structured way;
- Be autonomous, rigorous and well organized;
- Be resilient under pressure;
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and adhere to deadlines, being flexible and adaptable;
- Be eager to learn and self-train on new business areas within the label printing industry;
- Be ready to travel around Europe and Africa, up to 20% of the working time.

The EMEA IT Business Systems division is looking for adding a Business Analyst, who will work on activities related to the support, improvement and roll outs of several business IT systems throughout Europe and Africa.
