Il Consumer Engagement Specialist (Retail Events Specialist) è responsabile della pianificazione e dello sviluppo delle attività di customer retention e acquisition, interpretando le esigenze delle clienti relative al proprio mercato di riferimento.
Responsabilità Chiave
Presidierai la pianificazione di tutti gli eventi sui negozi previste nel Retail Marketing Plan
- Supporterai la Responsabile nella predisposizione del budget e nella redazione del consuntivo delle attività pianificate
- Predisporrai il coordinamento interno ed esterno del piano di comunicazione di eventi e campagne
- Caricherai su gestionale e invierai le guest lists ai negozi e al fornitore grafico
- Svolgerai attività di data entry di tutti i preventivi e delle fatture dei fornitori
- Controllerai e rielaborerai tutta la reportistica periodica sulla clientela proveniente dal CRM
- Preparerai le presentazioni mensili per i Retail meeting Europa
- Invierai gli aggiornamenti sugli andamenti dei progetti di retention e acquisition ai negozi e all'ufficio commerciale

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in ambito organizzazione eventi
- Formazione di livello universitario
- Ottima conoscenza delle tendenze del mondo del fashion
- Forti doti organizzative, con attenzione al dettaglio
- Naturale predisposizione alle relazioni e al teamwork - Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1)
- Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua araba (C1)
