La figura si occuperà di:
Gestione ed editing della documentazione di gara;
Estrazione dei dati dei computi metrici e predisposizione del sommario di studio;
Predisposizione del prospetto di studio da presentare al CDA;
Ricerca di mercato di subappaltatori e di fornitori;
Creazione della scheda lavoro e analisi della produttività per ottenere il prezzo della lavorazione necessaria;
Stima economica dei costi diretti ed indiretti;
Sopraluoghi delle aree;
Assistenza in fase post gara per dare supporto all'Ufficio Acquisti, all'Ufficio Controllo di Gestione e all'Ufficio Tecnico di Cantiere.
Requisiti: Il candidato ideale presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:
Diploma di geometra o laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Architettura;
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata all'interno di aziende strutturate afferenti al settore infrastrutture;
Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte;
Buona padronanza dei software STR, Primus, Excel;
Buona conoscenza di AutoCAD.
Completano il profilo:
Propensione al team work;
Buone capacità di Problem Solving;
Ottime capacità relazionali.
