- Svolgere attività di PMO in merito a progetti di Business Transformation e a programmi di formazione per il personale degli impianti della Business Unit Generazione e Trading, in coordinamento con le strutture centrali di Gruppo;
- Sviluppare piani dettagliati di monitoraggio dei progressi dei progetti, elaborando materiale a supporto per riunioni, SAL e SteerCo, gestendo eventuali modifiche e problematiche in corso d'opera;
- Gestire il rapporto con tutti gli stakeholder per garantire l'adeguato livello di commitment delle strutture sul progetto;
- Elaborare reportistica relativa allo stato dei progetti per il management e promuovere le "Lessons learned".
- Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Studi umanistici o titolo equivalente;
- 2-3 anni di esperienza professionale in ruolo analogo o nelle primarie società di consulenza, preferibilmente nel settore delle energy & utilities;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office;
- Interesse per il mondo della formazione;
- Completano il profilo spiccate capacità analitiche, organizzative di pianificazione e di comunicazione, proattività, forte orientamento al risultato, capacità di ascolto e di lavorare in team, problem solving, pensiero laterale e out of the box .

Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come Project Management Officer all'interno dell'ufficio di Business Transformation. Questa struttura ha la responsabilità di eseguire attività di gestione e valutazione dei progetti rilevanti della Business Unit e dell ' attivazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo e di innovazione.
Per quale Business Unit
L'inserimento è previsto all'interno della Business Unit Generazione & Trading, la cui attività è relativa alla gestione del portafoglio impianti di generazione del Gruppo con il duplice scopo di massimizzare la disponibilità e l'efficienza degli impianti, minimizzando i costi di esercizio e manutenzione (O&M) e di massimizzare il profitto derivante dalla gestione del portafoglio energetico attraverso l'attività di compravendita di energia elettrica, di combustibili (gassosi e non gassosi) e di titoli ambientali sui mercati all'ingrosso nazionali ed esteri.
Rientra nell'ambito della Business Unit anche l'attività di trading sui mercati nazionali ed esteri di tutte le commodity energetiche (gas, energia elettrica, titoli ambientali).
