- Unlocking all meeting rooms and HOD offices
- Daily front office tasks, meet & greet visitors, switchboard duties, and reception cover
- Supporting the Team in ensuring our offices are fit for purpose at all times
- Collaborating with the team in checking stock levels and sourcing business-related items
- Managing and monitoring all our building access passes, keys, and lockers
- Coordinating Studio booking system for meeting rooms and production posts
- Managing all outgoing and incoming post and couriers
- Handling soft maintenance tasks and reporting faults
- Supporting Workplace Experience Manager with engagement and D&I activities
- Coordinating employee gifts and gadgets
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks and running errands
- The ideal candidate must have good standing and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or front office field is a plus
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Marketing
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Desirable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canvas
- Service & people-oriented with conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic, professional, discreet, agile, flexible, and well-organized
- Proactive and creative
