    Reebok is the first big and exciting project to enter this incubator.

    TURATI Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.

    Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Personal Assistant Intern for the SVP Marketing and the SVP Reebok.

    You will provide administrative and organizational support and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders

    WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport in managing the agendas of the SVP Marketing and SVP ReebokOrganize meetings and manage the logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, sending out calendar invites, preparing written materials,Support in arranging international and national travel arrangements including but not limited to, hotel and flight reservations, pick-ups, meeting itinerariesCreate powerpoint presentationsPrepare expense reportsCreate recap files and reportsGeneral secretarial activities where requiredWHO YOU AREPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint and excelHighly organized multitasker who works well under pressureCommitment to accuracy and attention to detailFlexible with excellent communication skillsFluent in English and Italian, written and spoken; this will be tested in the interview processREWARDS & BENEFITSLunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and innovative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of MilanEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTNew Guards Group is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
