    Il nostro cliente, multinazionale leader nel settore?metalmeccanico/manifatturiero, nell'ottica di un potenziamento è alla ricerca di un/una? HR Processes &, Organization Principali Compiti e Responsabilit : Inserita all'interno del team HR, la risorsa supporter i colleghi nella gestione degli assetti organizzativi dell'azienda, con l'ottica del miglioramento della struttura a livello corporate e divisionale. La risorsa si interfaccer con le varie funzioni aziendali per: effettuare la mappatura AS IS dei processi critici o in fase di miglioramento e coordinare le attivit di stesura di una visione TO BE, cogliere le necessit , definire, implementare e migliorare i processi, rendere più fruibile il contenuto dei processi con specifiche iniziative come ad esempio training, manuali, presentazioni, etc, garantire il continuo aggiornamento dei database, tabelle e matrici aziendali, garantire la corretta implementazione delle regole formali aziendali. Il profilo con cui vorremmo entrare in contatto possiede: Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office Preferibile conoscenza di Visual Basic La risorsa che stiamo selezionando è dotata di curiosit e discrezione, ha un approccio analitico e propositivo. È abile nella gestione di problematiche complesse, ha ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione.
